After I joined mip I came across the staff Medium he is so sweet and really funny he is one of a kind the reason I am making this post is because he is good with people and was quick to help me and write to me privately about some private things you go through as someone who can be hard what makes a staff unique is not just your rank or what you can do but also that you are good with people you are a role in perpheads but without then he showed that some of the things I talk about he can relate to I have huge respect for and that also means that he shows he doesn't care but he wants to help, He could care less or say he doesn't have time but in this field he intervened and asked me how I do it I really appreciate other staff I could use this.
