Although often salty at how many reports he has to do, he does them well and acknowledges his mistakes humbly. Deals with situations exceptionally well and is very helpful.

James has been a friend of mine from minge to mod to admin. He's learned from his mistakes and became an excellent administrator; today there was a brutal situation involving in excess of 8 people for 2 separate matters - he dealt with this quickly and effectively, with perfect, favorable mediation.

Tyla has also stood out to me with respect to report handling. She handled several of my reports quickly, effectively, and to the point: nobody likes to wait around as administrators tug and pull at their options - and he certainly doesn't do this.
