Suggestion Title: Reduce Car Fall Damage
Suggestion Description: Cars take too much fall damage.

I think realistically a car shouldn't flat out disable completely due to a small jump or a 1-3 seconds of air time.

This also would enable players to produce their own version of stunt jumps, have more fun in races and even take police on more heated chases.

Why should this be added?:
- RTU can enjoy faster chases
- Criminals can hit fun jumps
- Cops can follow through hiting the same jump
- Both sides now have a crazy highlight of a chase
- Cops will be able to go parallel while a primary unit chases to outplay
- Criminals will be able to use team work to counter the aforementioned strategy by intercepting cops before they follow through in jumping behind the fleeing vehicle.
- Criminals can set up more escape plans that involve intense jumps and other tactics
- Realistic change that makes cars not so sensitive to disabling
- Gives roadcrew more things to do because people would now be encouraged to take jumps

What negatives could this have?:
- Roadcrew has less work due to people not destroying their car at the slightest bit of air time
- There is the risk someone will prop abuse or create unrealistic contraptions to jump on.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Cars break too easily when taking fall damage.

I think this is directly proportional to the vehicle's mass value which is used in conjunction with the cars hp in order to handle and accelerate in the way that they do. Essentially, they could lower the mass of the vehicle so that its inertia upon impact isn't enough to tier the car, but then the handling would be absolutely fucked, you'd just be sliding all over the place.

They could adjust the hp of the vehicle, so that it doesn't tier as easily, but then you're left with a vehicle that can tank a ton of damage, from collisions and weapons.

unless I am like totally wrong, but I think this is pretty hard built into the vehicle code and the game physics

Nah they could easily change it because Tiny made it so it’s not some weird foreign code/engine thing. People were getting smart and using certain vehicles for certain escape routes like driving an aston martin off the top of city garage (absolutely miss finding and doing this and no wrench cooldown and restriction repairs on top of it), vehicle mostly felt like god mode unless it’s in a shootout or you didn’t crash too hard

I can only imagine how AMAZINGLY FUN that would be nowadays. Cops can work as a team and keep ground units by the gun store stationed parallell while the primary unit chases after the fleeing vehicle and hits a CINEMA jump behind it following it down.

thank god honestly, my entire response is from looking at like a page of 5 year old code and a couple hours of fun with the vehicle hp command.
you can also jump over the highway wall next to bank in the r34 if you drive fast enough :3 50/50 chance of tier tho, but w good ping its doable
