Suggestion Title: Reduce RC NPC Repair Cost
Suggestion Description: NPC repair cost should be $500 when no Road Crew are on.

Why should this be added?:
- makes peoples life easier
- Makes repairs cheap at without hurting anyone
- Fixes a problem that should not exist

What negatives could this have?:
- people are not as incentivized to root for someone to get on Road crew?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: roadcrew repairs costing the same whether there is roadcrew or not.

Nah, I think it being expensive will compel people to think "I should get on RC and help the city" on the other hand people are lazy but that's besides the point.

Id be more in the lane of making the RC charge more tbh, 500 seemed fine in v5 but in v6 it takes actual effort to get to places in that fuck ass truck

If anything I think we should make it more expensive and possibly take 30min (the station would borrow you a mini cooper ), there needs to be a benefit into calling a RC worker and wait for him rather than going to the station and instantly fixing your vehicle
