Refund available?

I got banned for one week, because I broke 3.3 ..
Today i checked my Ban and its a month now. I dont know why exactly its a month now, but do I get a refund for my Donation? One week is okay but a whole month because i broke one rule in a hurry.

We don't refund Premium if you get banned from the server. It's non refundable I'm afraid.
