What do you need refunded?: 12 HKCT - 12 magazines - 1 Deagled Silenced reflex sight and maggazine with ammo
Why should this request be considered?: As seen rules were broken in the report and an admin told me this one needs to be separate. But anyway someone broke failrp then decided to burn down my shop after 2 minutes breaking 2 rules with so called loitering evidence has more info.

We have spoken about your Refund Request extensively. Although we understand your reasoning for wanting to make a Refund Request, it is inconsequential as to whether the user was banned or not. In this instance, what we are looking at is whether the user would have been unjust, in any case, for burning the shop.

Let us say that you had successfully conducted the mugging - there would be no reason whatsoever that the user could not come back and enact revenge by burning your shop. The only ways in which this could have been avoided were if you had killed the person for not following the gunpoint originally; if he had then come back and burned the shop he would then be breaking NLR and a Refund Request would be just. Unfortunately you attempted the mugging with no bullets in your gun, so you were unable to subdue them for not following the gunpoint.
