Reason for Request: During a raid a civilian countered while i was actively fighting cops, leading to my loss which would've easily been a win for me due to the low amount of cops left.

The reason for refunding two firearms is these are the firearms they would of gotten had the civilian not intervened as they were more then likely going to win in this situation and receive the additional firearm, as such you are eligible for the following refund
