I’m sure people do create refund requests for situations involving metagamers and, under different circumstances, these probably do get accepted. Key word is circumstances.

Whilst it's true that these players were metagaming, there were still 2 of them inside and armed. Had they not metagamed and not explicitly known you were coming, sure you would have had some advantage, but having watched a demo I can see that you two weren't exactly being discreet and they probably would have expected a raid anyway. I'm not comfortable returning your items when I don't feel confident that you would have won the raid beyond all reasonable doubt had they not been metagaming.

Please do not create refund requests unless previously instructed to do so by a staff member. Had I wanted to give your items back, I would have said so.
