The evidence provided on the police complaint only shows that the officer should not have shot you, but it has nothing regarding how it may be the officer's fault that you lost the weapon. As far as we are concerned, the complaint has nothing to do with you losing the gun due to police negligence, so we will need you to provide extra evidence before we can issue a refund.

i was told by an enforcer that the officer just left the gun unattended and then when the officers left the scene a sweater had picked it up since the officers left my gun without confiscating it nor giving it back to me
