Reason for Request: In the first 5 minutes of the server restart, a cop arrested me for having my weapon out when I was on my way to the city garage to get my vehicle because I had nowhere to put my weapons. The cop proceeded to take everything and attempt to arrest me before Steelo stopped him and explained the 5 minute rule. The Officers name was Benjamin Ruggerio.
