What do you need refunded?: M4A1 (stock, comp and full mag) and a glock 20? (with full mag) that i mugged of lesley
Why should this request be considered?: We where waiting outside slums 3 when this girl comes outside and i gp her and tell her to put her hands up as we progress i tell her to get inside as i originally gp'ed her in the door entrance wich means that i could without break on the rules mug her inside again. When she resists i shoot her after 2 min of trying to convince her. Then cops respond bc of the shots wich means if the shot has never been fired cops wouldnt have responded.

Once more I apologise for the delayed response. @_Wxsley_ has indeed violated Rule 3.4 by failing to comply with your demands to enter the apartment however I would like to point out that with where she was standing in the stairwell, you are not allowed to force her into the apartment with the sole reason of mugging her as this would be considered kidnapping at that point. @_Wxsley_ I would also like to point out Rule 2.6 to which states:

If a player(s) is in a role-play situation with another player(s) who has broken a rule, after the report function (F6 key) has been used, the former player(s) should continue the role-play situation as best as to their ability, and within the confines of the rules, until either it has ended and/or an Administrator intervenes.

Stalling the situation by failing to comply with gunpoint because you believe a server rule was broken is not the appropriate way you should have handled this situation and therefore a warning for 2.6 and 3.4 will be issued.

@>GainAxe You will be refunded your M4A1 only as the Glock 20 did not originally belong to you prior to the incident starting and cannot be refunded. Next time please make an Action Request first and wait for an Accepted outcome before making a Refund Request.
