Reason for Request: User attempted to mug me in public and then killed me in public for no valid reason all whle I was AFK. 15 days ago when this happened and I waited for Sindarin as per instructions to not make an RR yet so staff can talk to the guy but I was told the situation wasn't able to be handled so Sindarin authorized a RR so I can get my items back.
