Why do you want your item(s) refunded: because i dont actually know what happened to it but i lagged out and it wasnt in storage or in my inventory

I'm afraid that if it's a client side issue (you losing connection due to your internet) they cannot refund it

@Reece Arnolds I have had this issue before and it isn't client side. I think it is caused then the server thinks you are a timed out player. I think that you should have made a report and disconnected then rejoined and waited for the situation to end.

This shit happens to me ALL the time! However I don't know if it's okay to make a RR for this.

I don't have bad internet.
