Reason for Request: Someone raided my apartment, killed me, took my drugs, all the standard stuff. 20 minutes later they came back, busted in, killed me and stole my shotgun which they then used to try to raid me a third time breaking 5.3
The shotgun was of course confiscated by PLPD after that but Monk told me that if I wished I could make a refund request given I lost it from someone breaking the rules.
