Reason for Request: My car got tiered by the same guy once out of 2 attempts without any proper reason.

Resulting me to make a F6 in-game which @Lucius Husky took.

Upon investigation @Lucius Husky has told me that this player indeed did not have a proper reason to tier my car and told me to make a refund request on forums, therefore here i am.
