After reviewing your video and reading what you have had to say this is my opinion.

The fact that the user was given a warning clears the fact up, the user had no valid reason to bomb your car and obviously you lost your M4.
Your friend will have to make is own AR though to claim his M4.
I am pretty sure this will be accepted but good luck in getting your items back.
