I'll clear this up, @MrLewis has given us the reason to no longer accept refund requests in which you could've received items from e.g. a mugging. The point of a refund request is there to get your items refunded that you lost due to rule breakage e.g. a rogue cop going ham in Bazaar, making you lose a weapon for no reason at all or an officer confiscating your item in a search for no reason, you call it. As for this reason I cannot accept this refund request as you did not lose anything.

Edit:
After getting things cleared up you may only get the Deagle (and the magazine+ammo) for it refunded, not the items you could've gotten.
