If it is not a serverside issue, this cannot be refunded.
Even though you crashed and you didn't want to, it's not server's fault.

As THE picture is not clear i cant tell what is Said there, but there is one little problem.
As THE rules states only server sided problems Will be refunded And as this is a problem of your Side just THE same as internet problems.

Sorry to say but most Likely this Will not be refunded.

Sadly, we cannot refund your items if it was client side. Only if your items were lost on a direct result of a server-side error or bug then your items can be refunded and I am pretty sure that PERP/Garry's Mod does not bluescreen your PC/Laptop when it encounters an error.
