Suggestion Title: Reintroduce Market Stalls
Suggestion Description: This suggestion adds market stalls back into Paralake City, right next to and across from the Storage building.

Why should this be added?:
- Storage is a more popular location than the Bazaar Mall

What negatives could this have?:
- Bazaar becomes even less traveled

What problem would this suggestion solve?: New addition to what is already the main social hub of Paralake City.

Storage gave off old school Bazaar vibes when I was on earlier, had a lot of fun with the chaos and sociable activities people were up to given it's so close to where people spawn and go for grabbing stuff out of storage. I do feel like Bazaar should be in the city in all honesty but I guess that might ruin the purpose of the 'business' sector but swapping some of the buildings around would be a start or literally just have this suggestion implemented and also maybe have a NPC that sells market stalls right there then it would be more likely utilised.

market stalls were already heavily neglected by players in V5, i dont really see it being much different if they get added back. im pretty sure its like the whole reason they got removed, or at least part of it.
