Dear all,

It is with great sadness that I inform you that Nottoc, a long-standing and valued member of our community and a good friend, recently passed away.

Nottoc has been a part of our community for a decade, with her primary focus being directed towards PLPD in recent years. Nottoc set the record for the most observation reports submitted in one month, becoming a TFU command member shortly thereafter. Her efforts within the department were commended, and she received the promotion to Deputy Chief of Department, where she served until very recently.

Nottoc befriended many and influenced even more, whether it be through her efforts and leadership within the department, her cheery and humorous mood on and off duty, or her kindness to everyone who approached her.

Please take a moment to remember Nottoc for who she was, as a member of the PERPHeads community and a friend to many within it, but more importantly, beyond that, who she was a person, and the significant contributions that she brought to people’s lives.

Our thoughts go out to all who knew her within and outside our community.

Rest in Peace, Nottoc.

Nottoc was truly one of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. She was intelligent, thoughtful, and always put others before herself, including me.

Working alongside her in the PD was an absolute joy. She was always willing to lend a hand with my responsibilities, even when she didn’t have to. I’ll never forget our funny patrols together, always enthusiastic when we were on duty. She was also super insightful and helpful when making TFU content, including the TFU training video.

But most importantly, above all that, she was a true friend. She always made me feel welcome, was a joy to talk to, and never hesitated to be there when I needed support. It’s hard to put into words just how much her friendship meant to me, and even harder to accept that she’s no longer here.

I will always be forever grateful for everything you have done for me Nottoc, and i am so fucking sorry I didnt get the chance to show you how much i appreciated your presence.

You’re in a better place now.

Nottoc helped me out a lot during my time in the PLPD she believed in me when I got SGT. She would see me in game either punching me or running me over with her car for no reason whatsoever. Seeing this just shattered my heart. If you knew her in game or off the game you knew she was the sweetest person you could ever met. When I get nervous about apps she would always tell me not to be nervous and always think about the positives. Rip Nottoc <3

Nottoc was an incredible person and there was never a case of Nottoc mistreating others, she always spoke to people with dignity and respect. This is gut wrenching news to hear because I never had the chance to check in again with her, I truly hope her closest of friends and family are okay during these really tough times, it will never be easy losing someone you love. During her PD tenure, the amount of good word I have seen of her shows that she has indeed done a lot for the server and community - she should be rewarded with Honorary for her commitment and legacy. You will be missed by a lot of people you’ve made an impact to Nottoc, Rest In Peace.

Never used to get on with a lot of people who mostly mained PD, however Nottoc on the other hand I don’t have one bad thing to say about her

Was one of the most serious but also can have a laugh players in this community and if when we went out of our way to trigger eachother in rp situations, it never lasted longer than 30 seconds

So whether it was on duty together or even playing against eachother it was an asset to know her, and i hope her family and close friends feel the same way because they should

I would love to see her given honorary or possibly a special rank on PLPD?

Rest In Paradise

Nottoc was a great person. She was always friendly and chill and just a joy to be around all the time. This is a terrible loss and she will be greatly missed

@Sindarin idk if it would be possible but I think we should get ribbons around PD badges like when officers pass on as a way to honor her memory with her badge number attached to it.

This was the most gut wrenching message I couldn't even expect seeing when I woke up today.

Nottoc was the kindest soul I came across on PERP. We always had great conversations, laughed a lot and she was amazing for everything she did.

Dear friend, I hope you rest in peace. You meant a lot to me and to others and we will miss you deeply. And I am sad for whoever never had the experience to get to know you.

Thank you for everything Nottoc.

Having recently nearly lost someone very close to me, I cannot begin to imagine the pain Nottoc’s closest family and friends must be going through right now. I only spoke to Nottoc a handful of times but she always seemed like a very chill and kind person.

May you rest in peace and fly high, Nottoc. You’ll be missed.

I didn't really know Nottoc, but she seemed like a pretty kind person the few times I managed to see her, that's actually really sad to see and hear may she Rest in Peace..

I had alot of good moments with her, both on and off duty. She was an amazing cop, absolutely terrific at the job. A great friend and a very good person, saw her helping new players often. Thank you for the memories, Nottoc. Rest in peace, you will be missed.

Honestly i didnt encounter her much. But when i did,it was a great experience.

This message is really hitting hearts of many members of the community, because she was a honorable member and from others, i know that you could have a good laugh with her,she was understanding and would help you.

Rest in peace Nottoc, you will never be forgotten.

The only reason I am to where I got now within the PLPD is because of Nottoc.

Every single time I've interacted with her, regardless of how minor, she's always been able to put a smile on my face. From the funny interactions to the serious ones, Nottoc always without fault made everything better.

Nottoc pushed me to do what I do best, shes always been supportive, kind, caring.
It's actually so sad to see her pass.

I literally just woke up and still feel semi tired and its not something I was expecting.

Nottoc, friend, rest in piece. It's been a great journey together.

Really heartbreaking news to hear, thoughts go out to her family and everyone who knew her well

She was always calm and friendly no matter what the situation was and her presence is going to be sorely missed.

This is absolutely devastating news. I can't stress how sad it is to hear about someone in this community passing at such a young age.

She joined around the same time as I did, in 2015, and had played here on and off for 10 years, which was a huge chunk of her life. She was such a friendly and pleasant person to interact with and will be sorely missed.

Rest in peace Nottoc
