Suggestion Title: Remove Night Cycle
Suggestion Description: As the title states, I'm suggesting just entirely removing the night cycle from the map.

Why should this be added?:
- It is horrendous for essentially any activity that is outdoors and combat related.

What negatives could this have?:
- Le immersion

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Terrible visibility during night cycle

Honestly i think itd be better if we just add better lighting on the map or add an item such as night vision goggles that can allow you to see way better into the night. I dont think removing it would be the best option
