Suggestion Title: Remove search timer for sgt+
Suggestion Description: Doesn’t make sense that supervisors have a cooldown for searching. Becomes mildly infuriating when you join a situation because they called for a supervisor and you have to wait whilst searching everyone
Why should this be added?:
-so I get back 10 seconds of my life
What negatives could this have?:
-I catch more criminals
What problem would this suggestion solve?: My headache
