Suggestion Title: Remove the ability to shoot while swimming.
Suggestion Description: Remove the ability to shoot while swimming or aiming down your scope while swimming. Just seems extreamly stupid to have a 100% accurate shot while your meant to be swimming in part of a sea?

Why should this be added?:

removing it is the easiest way. really inaccurate wouldn't make much sense. Since perp has a first bullet 100% accurate thing with snipers. Even while noscoping. If it can be that it would be fine.

Well no shit you cant shoot them youd be swimming. Just use your head, have 1 unit at beach, 1 unit at projex. lol Being at render distance in the water while sniping projex just shouldnt be a thing.

I've set it so that swimming is treated the same as jumping for firearms.
