Suggestion Title: Remove "The city does not pay dead people" from police
Suggestion Description: Continue to pay police as normal when dead, rather than withholding their pay as is done now.
Why should this be added?:
- Removes a penalty for dying as police, which is essentially unavoidable given the level of violence the city experiences
- Makes dying as police slightly less irritating, as you're not actively punished for doing your job and responding to incidents
- Brings wages in line with confiscation bonuses, as those are still paid (as they should be) dead or alive.
What negatives could this have?:
- Theres slightly less of a penalty for dying, which could lead to 3.4 issues, however I don't really think the lack of a paycheck is the reason many players decide not to risk their lives for stupid reasons.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Given how violent things have become, police die. A lot. Quite frankly if you never do, you probably aren't following PD policy particularly well, or you're just hard cheating. Doing this would at least slightly ease the frustration of times where players (especially lower end pistol cops) are stuck playing BlackScreen Simulator® 2013.
Other jobs should continue to have this, as they should never be doing something that puts their life in danger, and punishing them for doing so this way makes sense. If they die it's either their fault, an accident, or an F6 waiting to be made.
