Suggestion Title: Reopen Probationary Dispatcher applications
Suggestion Description: Reopen Probationary Dispatcher applications
Why should this be added?:
- It should be reopened since it is currently closed and you cant apply for the role ( from what I been told because this job is being reworked) even though other dispatchers who still have the role still play the job and preform duties as dispatcher, personally I dont see reason why it should be closed when other dispatcher still play job and its been some time, there is a whole system why should new people have the ability to play the role
What negatives could this have?:
- Once new system releases it could be harder for those people who applied before to relearn new things
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Give ability for new players to play dispatcher role
