Suggestion Title: Reports are deleted after 20 minutes of being offline
Suggestion Description: Instead of reports being deleted instantly when you leave, they are deleted after you have dced for 20 minutes.

Why should this be added?:
- Prevents reports being deleted if someones game crashed
- Prevents reports being deleted if someone is getting a demo
- QoL

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Prevents reports being deleted if someones game crashed or if someone is getting a demo.

another "why should this be added" is that after server restarts, or server crashes they get removed as well, staff usually then sends a message on ooc for people to make new ones

I was thinking about something similar earlier today when making an f6 and you leave to talk to someone or something important is going on and want to make go back to making the f6 it reset I think it shoudnt whould be nice

Suggestion Title: Report wont close for 5mins after disconnect
Suggestion Description: when a player opens a report or a report is open with a player it wont be closed for 5mins if the player disconnects. for me personally i have shit wifi sometimes i randomly disconnect sometimes mid report so this would be really helpful,
also when players make reports and disconnect by accident they dont lose thier report position and the report informations.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Avoid being banned for disconnecting mid report ( if disconnected by accident )
