Suggestion Description: Add a Golden Mini Cooper 1965 that can only be obtainable through the wheel. The vehicle should also have upgraded stats too, this is what I've come up with:
Stock Top Speed: 40 mph
Upgrade 1 Speed: 48 mph
Upgrade 2 Speed: 57 mph
Trunk Slots: 4 slots
Trunk Weight: 50 Kg
Tier 1 Wreck Repair Price: $10,800
Full Wreck Repair Price: $14,500

What also makes this different from a regular Mini Cooper is that is uses a golden submaterial (models/player/shared/gold_player) and the wheel also...
