Suggestion Title: Reprimand and written warning OR
Suggestion Description: As of now if u have an active reprimand or written warning u must wait 4 weeks to apply for any application (some being 8) but if u have any good ORs it does not matter u still have to wait however i suggest that if someone has a infraction but really good ORs in a command review stage the infractions will not guarantee a fail so if u have a infraction but good ORs u can still pass applications.

Why should this be added?:
-  It may help officers who made a small mistake but are a genuine good officer

What negatives could this have?:
- Spam applications

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Being able to rank up easier

I feel like if you do the mistake and you end up with a reprimand you should have to wait the 4 weeks for it to expire so you learn your lesson

Also this will be abused as well officers will go around when on the final stage (command review) and do whatever they want because they have an reprimand but know they can get promoted because they have a good OR

If you are doing something stupid and get an ia for it then it’s at your own risk then if you get an infraction for it

Plus officers will not learn with this as well as they know they can get promoted with an active reprimand as well
