I can't use the F2 button to close down the shop thing
Please Help

It sometimes is a bit buggy, there is nothing to be done, but it should fix itself while you are at it from my experience.

If what @Minilarro suggested does not work then another simple way to fix this would be to reset your Gmod keyboard configuration to default. It is a pain as you will have to reset everything else that you have got different to default settings but it should solve your problem buddy!

Go into console and type the following:
bind "f2" "gm_showteam"

This should quickly solve your problem, without you having to set all keybindings to default.
