F2 Button Don't Work

Ok so practically, when when i go to a gas station i buy the things but when they say press f2 to exit nothing happens it just doesn't exit, so I have to reconnect to get out the menu. I haven't tried other shops but still this shouldn't happen and I know for a fact f2 works because of other games.

Any Help would be appreciated

bind f2 "gm_showteam"
