Resupplying armour with a taser equipped

Description of the bug: Armour won't be resupplied if you have a taser equipped while on duty.

How to reproduce the bug:
1. Have a taser equipped
2. (not sure if you have to die, but I did) You die.
3. You cant resupply.

Time stamp(s): I dont think its neccesary, always happens

I have had this bug sometimes but didn't have a taser equipped. It happens sometimes and can easily be solved by asking an Enforcer+ to respawn you!
