Road Traffic Unit Campaign - #ISawTheSign

[PLPD Human Resources]

RTU Command Team have decided to run yet another campaign for the whole PD to participate in! The objective of the campaign is to save lives and stop collisions by stopping people from running stop signs.​

Here is a brief overview of what we expect from Officers:

• Creating of #ISawTheSign adverts
• Stopping people that are breaking the law 12.5 Road Signage and markings
• Maintaining a professional attitude while being reasonable with the person.
• Include the hashtag in any tickets regarding the relevant law.
  

There is a prize of $100,000 along with a second-place prize of $65,000 and a third-place prize of $35,000 available to the officer that gives out the most valid #ISawTheSign tickets.

The Campaign starts on 18th November and ends on 28th November.
