Suggestion Title: Roadcrew ANPR
Suggestion Description: Add an additional rank level for roadcrew workers, "Road Management Supervisor".
This role would grant access to a very limited version of the police ANPR, which would exclusively be used to alert whenever an unoccupied stolen vehicle is run through it.
This would NOT alert for vehicles actively occupied/being driven, or for wanted suspects
Why should this be added?:
- Allow stolen vehicles to be identified and reclaimed by roadcrew so players aren't stuck waiting to be able to reclaim their car at the garage.
- Provide an additional reward and gameplay avenue to dedicated roadcrew players that provides a legitimate benefit to other players
What negatives could this have?:
- Chop shop, or players not respawning their car/speaking with police once they've recovered it after it being stolen.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Currently if your car is stolen, outside of a friend giving you a ride or there being a taxi driver, you're kinda just stuck waiting until you can spawn a different one. If you could claim another car that wouldn't be a huge issue, but as it stands you're entirely locked out of driving until it's found/time runs out. This would at least provide a useful tool to help mitigate that situation as a result of other players active gameplay
