Suggestion Title: Roadcrew body cameras
Suggestion Description: Roadcrew personnel should have a body camera object attached to their uniform. Specifically useful for Road Management Officers as they have the autonomy to tow illegally parked vehicles at their discretion.

Why should this be added?:
- Roleplay usage to prove that a vehicle was illegally parked with a picture/video
- A supplement to their word as gov't employees to evidence a crime
- Minimal development effort and likely low overall impact; this is a low-priority suggestion

What negatives could this have?:
- Used to implicate others when roadcrew witnesses crimes (though this is a moot point as roadcrew's word is already enough evidence to charge)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The same problems as are solved by the police implementation of the body camera, albeit on a smaller scale

This would be good; body cameras would be a useful stopgap as well as resolving the other positives listed in the suggestion, such as evidencing crimes against the roadcrew worker and allowing senior roadcrew workers to back up their decisions.
