Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Well, I think the road crew should have another vehicle without the towing ability.
If you have to just fix up a car (RP: The radiator ran out of water), you shouldn't be going there with a tow truck itself, a simple Ford Raptor with orange lights should be enough.
It's just a quick fix with the wrench.
Optional additions:
- The Ford Raptor should be okay for this, maybe use the Photon skin for it.
