Your Steam/In-game Name: northnortheast / Richard Millard

Why Should This Player Be Punished: User attempted to randomly kill officer Richard Millard (myself) for apparently no reason other than there were no admins on. He did this by driving his car into the officer whilst he was taking out items from storage. Once this failed, the user attempted to shoot the officer and died in the process.
This act was not at all provoked, as a crime was not observed by the officer nor was there any provocation or interaction between the officer and RobinDFTW. It is therefore apparent that the user not only broke rule 3.4 by risking their life (and the life of their passenger), but also killed a random person without any prior interaction, going beyond acting excessively into acting randomly - hence RDM (despite not being a listed rule, users have been given long-term bans for that offense).
