Suggestion Title: Roleplay Point System
Suggestion Description: A point based system to help promote passive Roleplay in the server, this would help those players who enjoy passive roleplay over cops and robbers style of roleplay. The point based system would rewards those players with good roleplay quality from the player doing it.

They could be reward a Roleplay point, which unlocks exclusive items and perks for the more Roleplay points you collect, from 10 extra props to exclusive craft able items, clothing and vehicles.

Why should this be added?:
This would help promote the passive players and show new users it isn't all about shoot and run play style 24/7.

What negatives could this have?:
More props added to certain players and more items in the server.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Help those who don't want to shoot or do illegal activities.

Nice idea, just not sure how it would work in reality!

Who would award the points & how is it made fair so that the cool props aren’t just used by players who have played for years!

I think the best thing would just be more & more props made for everyone to use!

I remember Fearless had something like this, and to my recollection I saw maybe three people who'd ever earned a "roleplay point" and in my estimation at the time, it was basically just given to friends of the staff members/community managers, or whoever could give them out.

Whether that was true or not, I don't know, but I don't think we should lock certain content behind whoever built the treehouse the community managers liked the most that month, nor should we give people an excuse to think that.
