Suggestion Title: Roxie's Suggestion
Suggestion Description: Essentially changing up Roxie's for the next map update in order to allow more role-play; allowing there to be space for a large kitchen area rather than such a vast amount of seating--replace this with a kitchen and potentially a drive thru with functional windows -- maybe allow the interior doors to be owned, not exterior, still allowing there to be NPCs who can sell food.
Alternatively, if the building is unowned have NPCs placed selling food as there is now. If the building is owned, remove these NPCs. Furthermore, if someone owns the building they can purchase food for a wholesale price and thus allowing them to make a profit.
I can't remember the older maps too well but I believe we did have something similar. I do believe that doing this may not bring a major benefit, however, would allow people the opportunity if they wanted to.
Why should this be added?:
Allows for more usage of the Roxie's as a player owned building
May improve passive-roleplay experiences as it is on the rise
May allow for a new form of income for players and a unique opportunity
What negatives could this have?:
Potential opportunities to do this at bazaar, however, not quite the same
Changing the structure may not be worth it if there is little usage
