I think I've misinterpreted the situation from what you described in the report. If you didn't drop the $10,000 how exactly do you want to be refunded something you didn't lose?

Although the player did connect from a semi-RP situation, you didn't actually lose any items nor would game mechanics of forced him to drop you anything. Therefore this will be denied.​
