Why do you want your item(s) refunded: When I went to go downgrade my car to get 1.2 million dollars what happened was I clicked downgrade when I went to downgrade it again I accidentally upgraded it. I thought the downgrade would be on-top and not the bottom and I upgraded it. I would have gotten 1.2 million dollars out of the downgrades but I got 800k instead cause I accidentally upgraded the car. Which in all fairness IRL you would not be able to accidentally upgrade your car.

This isn't a server side issue though, as you stated yourself it's supposed to be like in real-life, you don't accidently buy a car, if you buy the wrong one they won't refund you.

Maybe change the upgrade with a + symbol next to it and a - symbol to downgrade.

Real shame about what happened but you know as well as I do that I can't accept this, the money was not lost as a result of rule infringements or serverside error.
