Why do you want your item(s) refunded: User who killed me in the scenario was Chamana (STEAM_0:0:234983815) who got banned for hacking. 1 day before in a steam discussion @Collier and I shared suspicions of this person hacking after he was wallbanged by this player.

User saw I was armed before the mugging and as you can see in the video fired 2 shots, 1 hitting the wall in front and the second hitting my head. They were banned for cheating about 48 hours later.
@Collier said I could make this refund request if the demos of the user were not provided or if they were and it was obvious they were hacking in this scenario. If further evidence is needed I could upload a wireframe demo.
