Can you prove that he was cheating in that situation though? @Daigestive made an RR as one of the Harpers was banned but it wasn't accepted because there was no evidence to prove that they were cheating in that situation.

In this situation i think you just died due to your aim, if he were cheating he wouldn't of missed 2-3 shots beforehand. - just my opinion though.
