After reviewing other the evidence this is my opinion on the matter.

It's obviously clear the weapon was picked up by a person. @Imperial Watch can confirm this so i have tagged him to confirm the person addmitted to the confiscating of the weapon. It's properly best if you upload a demo of the cituation to show senior staff what exactly happend during that sit.
