I responded to a report where there was 3 dead people on the city bridge. This was from an accident that happened due to a person driving on the wrong side of the road for no apparent reason. The person in question denied this and said he accidently turned and drove on this road as it was his first time driving a fast car.

The person who crashed the car into lamars car said it was not intended to happen in role play.
