Why do you want your item(s) refunded: A cop mingegrabbed it. I made a report, the cop who confiscated the weapon stated that he didn't know it was allowed. Assuming he was new as he had 8 hours on record. Creepis stated that I just needed to provide this screenshot.

The user who almost immediately confiscated the Sako was spoken to and understood his mistake and was relatively new. If the gun wouldn't have been confiscated, somebody else could've claimed it before it would've fallen to the hands of an instantly confiscating officer, this was also done before the scene was even secure.
