Why do you want your item(s) refunded: I want my items to be refunded, because I keep randomly crashing from the server for no reason at all, and I'm wasting tons of money doing so, when I'm growing drugs, because my game will just stop working, and it just shuts down and I don't get any of it back. I don't have much evidence, but I do have a video of me crashing for proof.
