Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Because the mayor didn't state that the taxes were going up. 4 minutes after he said the taxes were zero, I went to buy the materials and bought them on intention that it was 0% tax, but it wasn't, and than the taxes suddenly went up. After a ruckus on the OOC chat, he only than stated that the taxes were going up.
