Why do you want your item(s) refunded: We raided a business shop, where a new player stalled the situation under gunpoint and wouldn't open the back rooms so his friend in the back had enough time to call the police and wait for them to slaughter us where @Racxes killed Daniel. If he opened the door we would have had a better chance of preserving our lives being less open to shots from the window and also take him hostage.
