Suggestion Topic: 2.5 Excessive Negativity
Suggestion Description: Following the recent closure of the suggestion regarding placing drugs in the sewers, I would like to suggest an addition into the On-sight engagement that are mentioned in rule 2.5 to include how the sewers system should be treated as.
What has been discovered is that players grow drugs mostly in the room inside the sewers and most of the times there is confusion on how these people should be engaged with, if either to KOS them if they have visible weapons or not since they are not inside a defined base.
I believe that the area where the drugs are mostly grown in that I've shown in the picture, it should be listed as a designated danger zone where if you hang around inside of it, the rules about On-sight engagement should apply
Now, this addition might feel too abrupt and if it does then it can be mentioned that the players must evaluate the situation beforehand to make sure that the players in that area are actively 'basing' there and growing drugs, or if they are just passing by and doing none of that before engaging in a gunfight with them.
Regarding the rest of the sewer system, I believe the normal rule should apply, and nobody should be KOS if they are found around the walk paths. But that means that these people should be allowed to place planters in the sewer system only in the designated danger zone.
Why should this be added?:
If such rule is set in place it can clear the confusion around if to engage or not the players 'basing' in the sewer system, and it can safeguard both the people growing drugs there since they will be allowed to actively protect their drugs and the ones exploring the sewers.
What negatives could this have?:
It can definitely create more shootouts inside the sewer system and discourage other players that want to roleplay something different from entering the sewers.
