Suggestion Topic: 3.16 Idle
Suggestion Description: Players must not go idle during roleplay or administrative situations - unless absolutely necessary - and if so must inform others involved via LOOC. If performing a job, players should quit said job before going idle. In both cases an administrator must be informed via a report (F6). When you are in a buyable property / muggable area, you may not go idle in a chair.

Why should this be added?:
- People sit in chairs which is very aids during raids as they might get up and shoot people.

What negatives could this have?:
- None, literally none.

People sit in chairs which is very aids during raids as they might get up and shoot people.
This can solved with PD as they can handcuff people sitting on chairs but not so much for civilians using zip ties.

I think generally people shouldn't be AFK in chairs just to be immortal and avoid cross fire but that's perhaps for another suggestion.

Major upvote, Would fix;

- Raiders not having to stay as long as they should be due to waiting to mug a player, causing an unfair delay
- Staff not having to respond to additional F6 requests of getting an AFK user out of a chair
- Players being invisible from death cause they're sat down

If you are still able to be afk in your house without sitting in a chair, the change of the rule is fine, otherwise its weird that one cannot be afk in your own property.

This is the proposed change, you can go AFK in your base, but just cannot sit in a chair whilst doing so, due to the above drawbacks.
